HI, I have been doing DVD Rips for quite sometime now and i want to put a TV show on to vcd. You lot probably think i'm stupid or something but i have searched this site and not found any clear instructions. I know i have a TV card. What else do i need and what do i do? Also how long does it take?

I would like to record the England v Brazil [come on England!] which is on tomorrow morning, so if anyone could help me with this it would be greatly apprieciated.

go to morgan multimedia get the mjpg codec then go to the tools section here and get tmpegenc also get virtual dub...open your tv program look for compression in the menu...select morgan codec v2...record your program,,,open your capture in virtual dub select direct stream copy then select frame rate check the box for audio video match duration save a new copy of your capture if the audio was out of sync it should be in sync now...open your final product in tmpegenc and encode,i use this method and never have audio sync problems in my vcd's or svcd's
